About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Global Customer Success team as a Working Student. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our Global Customer Success team in various customer-related activities, including providing information, creating documentation, and tracking project progress.
  • Interact with end-users, providing requested information and resolving customer-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to resolve customer-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support internal workflows, prepare documentation, and generate usage reports for customers.
  • Become familiar with Planet's products and use cases, and provide expert-level support to customers.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge or interest in remote sensing or GIS industry.
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Google Docs, MS Office products, or similar.
  • Tech-savvy, able to learn new software without much instruction.
  • Self-starter who works on own initiative with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
  • Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GIS and image processing software.
  • Experience with API and Python (pandas, NumPy), Google BigQuery.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Experience in written communication with customers.
  • Knowledge of database management tools.
  • Experience with CRM Software.
