Your Role:

  • You will assist the global portfolio, product, and content marketing team in crafting social media content, developing and maintaining a social media editorial calendar, and utilizing our organic posting tool for dissemination.
  • You will create visual assets for posts, showcasing your creativity through the design of style-compliant images, GIFs, and videos.
  • You will enhance our content visibility by promoting it internally and motivating colleagues to engage with it through shares, likes, and comments.
  • If you have an interest in paid social media, you will have the opportunity to set up and manage paid campaigns, contributing to content creation and oversight.
  • You will assist in managing various tools, including our digital asset management system, where marketing materials are stored for online use, and the sales enablement knowledge database.
  • You will help publicize our references both internally and externally by transferring content to our reference tool, which generates a website from the information.
  • You will support our website messaging by researching optimal keywords for SEO and SEA.
  • We also welcome assistance with minor layout updates in Word and/or PowerPoint, as well as support in fact-checking and data research.

Qualifications:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. We welcome candidates from diverse fields of study, as your enthusiasm and commitment to communication and human resources are what truly matter.
  • Ideally, you have gained some experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Experience in distilling complex topics for social media is a plus.
  • You are proficient in standard MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • You possess a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to new challenges, maintaining high standards in your work.
  • You are open to questioning norms and exploring innovative paths.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with proficiency in French being an advantage for effective communication with our international team.
