Role Summary
The communications department at Consumer Panel Services GfK plays a crucial role in ensuring that employees are informed about the latest company updates and relevant information that facilitates their work. A key channel for this communication is our intranet, which serves as a repository for news, events, town halls, sales materials, and more. This position will report to the Head of CPS Marketing, focusing on the ownership and management of the intranet site. The role involves acting as the primary liaison with various teams within the organization and developing effective processes for optimal site management.
We are seeking a dedicated working student (m/f/d) who possesses the following qualifications:
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in marketing, communications, business administration, advertising, public relations, or a related field Enthusiasm and interest in market research (basic knowledge is advantageous) Strong communication abilities Proficient copywriting skills Creative visual skills Excellent command of English Good proficiency in German Competent in Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Word) Familiarity with SharePoint (SP) is a significant advantageThe daily responsibilities of this role may include:
Overseeing and designing the SharePoint site Assisting in the optimization of the intranet structure (improving existing layouts and organizing new pages) Managing content (uploading and editing) Administering access rights and user management Handling requests for new pages Assisting in the creation of new (sub)-pages Managing document libraries Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive business accessThis is an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with an international market research organization and gain valuable practical experience.
