About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Pagero Group. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target large healthcare accounts and hospitals in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Manage and execute sales cycles, including negotiations and closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development.
  • Present and articulate Pagero's business value to C-Level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, support, and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales with large/global accounts and working together with strategic partners and alliances.
  • Proven track record of closing large global deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Understanding of economics with subscription-based business models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluent German and English skills (speaking and writing).
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes.
  • Willingness to travel to visit customers on site or attend trade fairs and professional events.
