Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust processes for the randomization of vehicle picks and automate logistics processes.
- Monitor regulatory updates and reflect changes into the test plan.
- Define and maintain procedures for test implementation, including information submission, execution, and expected deliverables.
- Support test updates in line with new model years or car lines.
- Risk assess upcoming issues, define countermeasures, and escalate if necessary.
- Align the CoP Test plan with stakeholders, including ENG, VC, Prod, and LOG teams.
- Implement and monitor testing activities to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Setup the yearly test plan, considering risk assessments and CoP aspects.
- Manage test implementation activities and supervise timely delivery.
- Collect test reports and generate CoP reports.
- Ensure competent analysis of test reports.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Quality or related field, or additional training in CoP topics.
- 3-5 years' experience in Tier 1/2 automotive supplier or OEM, with focus on CoP-related domains.
- Excellent command of German and English, with French as a plus.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Effective communication, team spirit, and moderation skills.
- Project Management and/or change management certification advantageous.
- Strong project leadership, attention to details, and technical skills.
- Excellent organizational, technical, and result-oriented skills.
- Outgoing and confident disposition, with strong team working and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
