We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful Paid Social Media strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with our Paid Social Media agency to develop and execute Paid Social Media campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of our Paid Social Media channel across all countries, with a focus on creating an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead asset briefing and provide guidance and feedback to ensure seamless alignment of goals and objectives.
- Conceptualize campaign set-ups and creative testing in alignment with brand standards and promotional schedules.
- Leverage and analyze data to generate valuable insights and continuously optimize on platform-, country-, campaign-, and creative level.
- Create and present regular performance reports to highlight successes and challenges and make recommendations for improvement.
- Propose new ideas and initiatives to drive growth, such as new ad formats and campaign types, technical features, platforms experiments, or targeting approaches.
- Closely collaborate and foster relationships with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to support broader business objectives.
- 2+ years of extensive experience in developing and executing impactful Paid Social Media strategies within fast-growing environments.
- Strong expertise in using Meta Ads, with knowledge of automation tools like Smartly being beneficial.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and marketing analytics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about performance marketing and the ambition to contribute to pushing our Paid Social Media channel to the next level.
- Fluency in German and English.
