Performance Marketing Paid Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful Paid Social Media strategies across all countries.
Your main goal will be to create an outstanding customer experience while fostering growth and profitability. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with our Paid Social Media agency and internal teams, including Graphics, Product Marketing, and Marketing Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment of goals and objectives.
The position is unlimited and based in Munich. As a Paid Social Media Marketing Expert, you will be in the driver's seat for day-to-day business, leading asset briefing, conceptualizing campaign set-ups, and creative testing in alignment with brand standards and promotional schedules.
You will leverage and analyze data to generate valuable insights and continuously optimize on platform-, country-, campaign-, and creative level. Additionally, you will create and present regular performance reports to highlight successes and challenges, making recommendations for improvement.
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual who is eager to contribute to pushing our Paid Social Media channel to the next level. If you have a strong expertise in using Meta Ads, knowledge in automation tools like Smartly, and proficiency in leveraging data and marketing analytics, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful Paid Social Media strategies
- Collaborate closely with Paid Social Media agency and internal teams
- Lead asset briefing, conceptualize campaign set-ups, and creative testing

- Propose new ideas and initiatives to drive growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in developing and executing Paid Social Media strategies
- Strong expertise in using Meta Ads
- Knowledge in automation tools like Smartly
- Proficiency in leveraging data and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in German and English
