Marketing Brand Assistant

As a member of the Market Activation team, you will play a crucial role in implementing the European strategy, focusing on captivating and engaging consumers in the DACH market. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team, Sales, and Revenue Growth Management to enhance consumer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Promotion Activation – Assist in the daily execution of brand and promotional plans for Kellanova's brands in the DACH region, overseeing commercial initiatives from conception to in-store rollout.
- In-Store Engagement – Implement in-store activation and channel strategies, including localized customer and channel initiatives.
- Campaign Evaluation – Gather data, conduct analysis, and report on the success of prior activation campaigns.
- Shopper Marketing Implementation – Support the execution of shopper marketing strategies tailored for the DACH market, including customer-specific marketing efforts like sampling and retailer loyalty programs.
- Influencer Engagement – Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with influencers.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand marketing within an international organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence key decision-makers.
- Fluency in both English and German, both written and spoken.
