Job Scope and Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CIC to successfully meet performance targets and optimizing the usage of resources. This will involve driving sustainable and cost-efficient operations with a focus on best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Support the CIC to meet performance targets and optimize resource usage

- Understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
The ideal candidate will have a graduate calibre with a relevant qualification in a business-related discipline or equivalent. Fluency in German and English is essential, and professional membership of a relevant body such as the Institute of Customer Service is desirable.
