As a working student in the Connected Car department, you will be engaged in developing innovative connected car functionalities that enhance user experience through the Mercedes me app and the MBUX multimedia system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Updating and configuring vehicles and testing setups, ensuring proper integration with relevant control units and cloud connectivity.
- Assisting in release management tasks, including:
- Supporting the update of systems relevant to release management.
- Creating automated test cases.
- Executing tests and documenting results, including managing errors.
- Collaborating on the preparation of presentations, status reports, and decision-making documents related to Mercedes me connect.
- Taking on smaller, individual projects within the team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
- Strong competency in MS Office applications.
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- An analytical mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- A valid driving license (Class B).
