Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Head of Category Management für unsere Bedroom Furniture-Kategorie. In dieser Rolle wirst du verantwortlich sein für die strategische Positionierung und Entwicklung unserer Produkte auf dem Markt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für die P&L einer wichtigen Produktkategorie und Positionierung im Markt
  • Leitung eines Teams von Account Managern: Performance Management, Team Development und Planung
  • Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von Lieferanten und Entwicklung ihrer Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Strategische Ziele festlegen, Geschäftsbedingungen verhandeln und Initiativen umsetzen
  • Eng mit anderen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um Verbesserungen in deinem Geschäftsbereich voranzutreiben
  • Lieferantenbeziehungen aufbauen und strategische Partnerschaften entwickeln
Qualifikationen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie B2-Sprachkenntnisse in Polnisch
  • Fähigkeit, erfolgreich Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und mit internen und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung mit Daten, um Chancen zu identifizieren und effektive Initiativen abzuleiten
  • Starkes strategisches Denken und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und Prioritäten setzen
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im E-Commerce, Unternehmensberatung, Handel oder ähnlicher Branche
