About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to lead our product team in driving innovation and delivering market-leading solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing product roadmaps that align with our company goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to develop and deliver product strategies that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, customer personas, and user behavior to inform product decisions.
  • Drive product innovation by exploring new technologies, industry trends, and customer insights.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in Product Management, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in German and at least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany.
