Develop sophisticated and contemporary email designs and templates utilizing your expertise in HTML/CSS. Collaborate with CRM specialists and external collaborators to transform content into effective email and push marketing campaigns. Contribute to the establishment of a cutting-edge CRM framework alongside your team by implementing comprehensive tracking mechanisms. Execute initiatives for seamless integration across various channels (email, push notifications, SMS) and platforms (CDP, CMP, CRM, marketing automation systems). Possess in-depth knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Oracle Responsys, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar) and stay updated with the latest features. Work closely with data sources and mapping, create targeted lists, leverage data for segmentation and personalization, and assist with new data integrations within the marketing ecosystem.Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the CRM and marketing automation domain. Proficiency in working with CRM and campaign management systems. Solid understanding of email campaign best practices, including list management, deliverability, and compliance (GDPR). Exceptional programming capabilities in HTML and SQL; familiarity with Python or JavaScript is advantageous. Advanced skills in utilizing tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Exact Tag, Adobe Analytics, or similar). Proficient in business English (minimum B2+); additional languages are a plus.Desired Attributes
Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for collaborating with both internal and external parties. Experience in working within cross-functional teams. A data-driven approach to decision-making.
