Job Summary
Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently load client merchandise onto trucks and other transportation modes.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on site, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with our operations teams to coordinate freight movements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Escalate any issues with shipments to clients promptly to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure that all job files are complete and accurate, and that all relevant information is captured.
- Manage client requests and follow up to ensure that client needs are met.
- Responsible for managing client reports and ensuring accuracy.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations by external white glove teams.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, and frequently climb or balance.
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.
- Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide Logistics.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to balance individual responsibilities.
- Consistently at work and on time.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Three years related experience preferred.
- Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
- Must be forklift certified.
