Job Summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of freight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and courteously load client merchandise.
  • Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
  • Act as contact with client on site and be available for escalation when necessary.
  • Work closely with Crane Worldwide Operations teams and assist with coordinating freight movements.
  • Evaluate and escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure job files are created and all relevant information is captured.
  • Manage all client requests and follow up to ensure client needs are met.
  • Responsible for managing client reports and ensuring accuracy.
  • Supervise loading and unloading by external white glove teams.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Reach with hands and arms and frequently required to climb or balance.
  • Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.
  • Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Three years related experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification required.
