Position Overview

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Lead will play a crucial role in advancing the organization's objectives related to carbon footprint reduction. This position involves the formulation and execution of impactful strategies, overseeing carbon reduction initiatives, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement a detailed carbon reduction strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching goals.
  • Oversee carbon reduction initiatives in partnership with site leaders and senior management.
  • Conduct evaluations to pinpoint sources of carbon emissions and establish baseline metrics.
  • Identify and rank opportunities for emission reductions across various business sectors.
  • Build and sustain relationships with external partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Design and execute measurement and reporting frameworks to monitor and communicate progress effectively.
Candidate Profile
  • A bachelor's, diploma, or master's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or environmental technology.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in environmental engineering and management.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards.
  • Ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and assertive.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong mediation and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
