  • alle abrechnungsrelevanten Prozesse umfassend bearbeiten und beraten
  • die korrekte Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung verantworten sowie Tarifverhandlungen und Sonderzahlungen prüfen und umsetzen
  • steuerliche und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen bearbeiten
  • alle abrechnungsrelevanten Daten im SAP-System erfassen, einschließlich Abwesenheiten wie Mutterschutz und Elternzeit
  • mit Krankenkassen und Behörden kommunizieren
  • aktiv an verschiedenen HR-Projekten mitwirken
  • an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Systemen, einschließlich Digitalisierung und Dokumentation, arbeiten
Deine QualifikationenDu bringst mit ...
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich sowie Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht sowie in der Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Vertrautheit mit der sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Beurteilung von Aushilfsbeschäftigungen (z. B. Praktikanten, Studenten, Minijobber)
  • Erfahrung mit dem Abrechnungssystem SAP R/3 - HR (wünschenswert)
  • eine verantwortungsbewusste, kommunikative, organisierte und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • eine strukturierte, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
