About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure backend services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure backend services using modern technologies such as TypeScript and Azure ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and UI/UX, to deliver customer value and drive business growth.
  • Turn complex requirements into working software solutions, ensuring high-quality and performance.
  • Take ownership of microservices and lead technical topics, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement.
  • Build state-of-the-art SaaS products, leveraging industry best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest software development tools.
Requirements
  • Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript and Azure ecosystem, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong relational database experience, including ACID, query optimization, and scaling techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern software development tools and industry best practices is highly desirable.
  • Open communication style and fluent written and spoken English skills are required.
