Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the successful digital transformation of our clients.
Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise in S/4 HANA Services to sustainably advance our SAP and Finance Transformation sector, here’s how you can contribute:
- Support the team in sales initiatives.
- Engage in agile methodologies within national and international projects, from analysis to post-go-live phases.
- Configure S/4 HANA Services / Plant Maintenance based on best practice solutions.
- Design and implement business processes in SAP or S/4HANA according to client requirements.
- Independently identify and communicate innovations and trends within the team.
- Contribute to the development of best practice processes in areas such as SAP Services, Plant Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Mobile Solutions, and IoT.
- You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering.
- You possess substantial professional experience in industry or consulting in the following areas:
- Design of service, maintenance, and after-sales processes using S/4HANA Services or Plant Maintenance.
- Configuration (customizing) of S/4HANA Services and S/4HANA Maintenance.
- Creation of technical specifications.
- Knowledge of MRS/RSH is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of maintenance processes (maintenance of customer facilities by field service personnel or production facilities, preventive and predictive maintenance).
- Familiarity with SAP SD/CS, Service Cloud, and Field Service Management enhances your profile.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM is desirable.
- Your mindset is characterized by agility, flexibility, and a focus on digitalization.
- Experience with design thinking and process modeling (ARIS, Signavio) is a plus.
- You have gained experience as a team or project leader across all project phases (Fit/Gap, Design, Implementation, Testing, Rollout).
- Ideally, you have some experience in leading teams (e.g., in projects or within the organization).
- You are fluent in both German and English.
- You are willing to travel frequently.
