We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at ista SE. As a key member of our software development squads, you will play a crucial role in our journey to the cloud.

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for consulting and mentoring our development squads on the CI/CD process. You will also enable them to develop and maintain cloud-native DevOps operating models with the lowest possible ops overhead and fast time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult and mentor software development squads on the CI/CD process
  • Enable squads to develop and maintain cloud-native DevOps operating models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and services
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of cloud-based solutions
Requirements
  • Hands-on mentality and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in German is a bonus)
  • Ability to handle different squads' and stakeholders' requirements
  • Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
