The battery assembly division is responsible for all aspects of assembling the power systems, delivering cutting-edge battery technology for aviation applications.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safety, timely delivery, and quality throughout the assembly stages
- Assemble low-voltage and high-voltage battery components and systems
- Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
- Identify and report defects to relevant teams
- Record manufacturing data in the production system
- Work with the manufacturing engineering team to enhance processes, equipment, tooling, and repair solutions Your Qualifications:
- Completed training as a technician or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in manufacturing and/or repairing electromechanical components
- Proficient in the safe handling of medium and high voltage systems up to 1kV DC
- Initial experience with high power battery systems or a strong willingness to learn
- Familiarity with modern production machinery or a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
