About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager Europe to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring all purchasing activities across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the availability of required materials and equipment.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance on procurement processes and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive business growth and improve procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
- University degree in economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English, with excellent IT skills.
