Your Tasks

Technical Leadership

Code Maintenance and Refactoring

  • Develop and implement strategies for code maintenance and refactoring.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability.

Code Reviews and Quality Assurance

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and report defects and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement quality assurance processes.

Team Collaboration

Strategic Planning

Your Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading development teams.
  • Background in maintaining and refactoring legacy code (C/C++).
  • Hands-on experience in coding and code review processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Windows system environments.
  • Good English language skills, good German language skills.
