CNC Machinist for Workshop and Incoming Goods Inspection

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Zerspanungsmechaniker, der sich auf die Arbeit in unserer Werkstatt und auf die Prüfung von Eingangsgütern spezialisiert hat.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Rüsten der Maschinen und Einfahren von Bauteilen
  • Kleinserienfertigung von Bauteilen mit Qualitätsprüfung
  • Wareneingangsprüfung von Zeichnungsteilen aus Fremdfertigung
  • Programmierung der Maschinen und Auslegung von Werkzeugen anhand technischer Zeichnungen (CAD)
  • Bestandsverwaltung von Rohmaterial und Werkzeugen
  • Wartung des Maschinenparks und Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen
Anforderungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung z. B. als Zerspanungs- oder Industriemechaniker, Maschinenschlosser, Werkzeugbauer oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen im Qualitätssicherungswesen z.B. Wareneingangskontrolle von Vorteil
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie CNC-Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. Siemens 840 D) wünschenswert
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kollegialität und Teamgeist
