Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our Development Team in Frankfurt am Main. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with a passion for project management, looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our planning teams and other project stakeholders, ensuring the timely and qualitative execution of new construction projects. You will also be involved in technical negotiations with suppliers and contractors, budget control, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate planning teams and other project stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and qualitative execution of new construction projects
  • Participate in technical negotiations with suppliers and contractors
  • Manage budgets and cash flows during project phases
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Head of Construction Management
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts for our Senior Living Villages
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • 5-7 years of experience in the realization of new construction projects
  • Strong motivation to join a team with diverse expertise and a high level of quality awareness
  • Initiative and willingness to travel for project-related purposes
