HR Administrator (m/f/d)

We are seeking an HR Administrator (m/f/d) to become a vital member of our team, assisting in the oversight of our esteemed clientele. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in managing human resources and actively participating in the creation and execution of effective HR strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities- Overseeing comprehensive personnel management, ensuring meticulous upkeep of employee records and precise time tracking.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to the successful onboarding of new hires, including temporary staff.
- Regularly updating and maintaining employee information in the HR database to guarantee accuracy and thoroughness.
- Acting as the primary contact for employees regarding all HR-related inquiries, from contract administration to HR policies.
- Collaborating closely with the HR team and departmental leaders to foster efficient processes and a positive workplace culture.
- Taking on substitute responsibilities within the HR team to maintain continuity and operational efficiency.
- Assisting in the execution and advancement of HR initiatives to implement innovative solutions.
- Performing general administrative duties in the back office to ensure seamless office operations.
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in personnel management
- Solid understanding of labor regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive work ethic, and a service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with a high degree of discretion and loyalty
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
