About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the northern Bavaria region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new supermarkets and trade partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners
  • Acquire and support multi-operator companies
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Plan and execute customer visits, sales events, and trade fairs
  • Negotiate contracts and manage deals to completion
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business/sales
  • Professional experience in field service, customer service, or sales
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and intermediate English
  • Class B driving license
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to build relationships
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
