Job Description

We are currently seeking a Specialist, CPQ Development/ Business Analyst to join our Sales Support Team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of our quotation and sales software.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the programming and continuous development of our quotation and sales software
  • Maintaining and updating software applications for product configuration
  • Providing first-level support and being a contact person for users of our IT tool for product configuration and analysis of errors
  • Ensuring the interface to product management, development, and sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, technical, or IT-related field of studies
  • Professional experience in the industry of medical technology, automotive, or aerospace
  • At least 5 years of end-user experience in the relevant field of application with very good application and compliance with department-specific processes
  • Good experiences in SAP, Salesforce, IT, and product configuration
  • Self-starter
  • Fluent skills in English and German (written and spoken)
