Senior Account Engineer for Consumer Filtration

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical authority in crafting and executing product solutions tailored for a significant global client.
- Spearhead product design and application initiatives in collaboration with the key client, encompassing sampling, prototyping, and the establishment of technical standards alongside innovation management.
- Oversee 3D product innovation and the management of product development, partnering with both internal and external teams, laboratories, and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate Filter Engineering operations, working in tandem with various departments to achieve business development objectives, guiding products from conceptualization to production.
- By managing product value analysis and value engineering activities, enhance innovation frameworks and optimize product design costs, thereby boosting product value and market competitiveness.
- Assist Global Key Account management in strategic and organizational matters, reinforcing the Key Account management strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering-related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally within the Consumer segment.
- Proficient in new product development methodologies, demonstrating creativity and a solid understanding of filtration standards and principles.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple projects, with a readiness to travel as necessary.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling the transition of developed products into production while aligning customer needs with project specifications.
- Self-driven with robust leadership qualities and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with advanced skills in oral and written communication (C1 level).
