- Cash Handling: Manage the main cash register using an electronic cash book system.

- Mail and Document Management: Process and distribute mail, as well as maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide patients with clear explanations of various forms, such as treatment and waiver requests, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Insurance and Billing: Clarify patient inquiries regarding services, billing, and insurance coverage.
- Professional Experience: Leverage administrative and business skills to provide exceptional patient service.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong computer and English language skills.
