About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at DG timework GmbH. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
