Job Title: Business Travel Consultant
Job Summary:
VistaJet is seeking a highly skilled Business Travel Consultant to join our team in Hamburg. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating and arranging travel arrangements for our flight crews and internal customers. You will work closely with other departments to provide exceptional travel solutions and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange flight crew travel proceedings, including flights, hotels, and rental cars, in line with internal travel policies and budget.
- Arrange training and corporate travel, including simulator and check flights.
- Process related documentation and issue tickets.
- Provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Diploma in Travel Consultancy or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of IATA and Central Reservation Systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
