About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at syncreon America Inc. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personnel Processing
    • Manage personnel records, including contract and certification management
    • Coordinate with employees on personnel-related matters
  • Payroll and Benefits
    • Support in the preparation of payroll accounting, including control
    • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Coordinate recruitment measures, including applicant management
    • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • HR Administration
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes
