As a HR Operations Associate at syncreon America Inc, you will be an integral part of a team that manages all aspects of human resources. Role Overview

Your Contributions

  • Manage personnel processes, including contract administration and certification oversight.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding all HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in processing.
  • Oversee the maintenance of time tracking and payroll systems.
  • Facilitate and coordinate recruitment initiatives, including applicant tracking.
  • Prepare HR-related statistics, reports, and evaluations.
  • Support the overall personnel management functions.
  • Engage in both national and international HR projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • Commercial training with further education in HR preferred (e.g., HR manager), or a relevant degree focused on human resources.
  • Prior experience in human resources is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and social security regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with payroll and time tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Possess strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to maintain composure in dynamic environments while valuing direct interactions with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate independence, a proactive approach, and a goal-oriented mindset with high self-expectations.
