Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of our Go-based backend services, utilizing modern cloud infrastructure and microservice architecture.
- Collaborate with our Data Science and BI team to identify and mitigate potential security threats and optimize system performance.
- Work with our team to design and implement sophisticated VPN detection and residential proxy mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain our Kafka and Kinesis streams, aggregating billions of daily API events for real-time querying.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the growth and development of our engineering team.
- 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in Go and cloud-native development.
- Profound experience with building web applications in Go, with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Knowledge of databases, regular expressions, HTTP protocol, and encoding.
- Understanding of TCP networking and routing on the internet.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform), Docker, and container orchestration platforms (e.g. Kubernetes or ECS).
