Senior Frontend Web Developer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Web Developer to join our team at Flowers-Software GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, testable, and reusable frontend components.
Key Responsibilities:- Frontend Development: Build scalable and maintainable frontend applications using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring a cohesive and efficient system.
- Team Leadership: Manage projects and lead a small development team, guiding junior developers through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including DevOps, React Team, and CEO, to ensure project success.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex performance issues and architectural challenges, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Customization: Customize existing applications to meet specific requirements, adapting to changing business needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the development process, architecture, and standard components, ensuring knowledge sharing and reuse.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience: As a Frontend ReactJS Developer, with a strong understanding of JavaScript development.
- Team and Project Management: Experience in managing teams and projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Web Development Skills: Strong experience with web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like SASS.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Initiative and Flexibility: Ability to work independently, with flexibility and focus, to meet project deadlines.
