Job Description

We are seeking a Senior React-JS Frontend Web Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in working together with our CTO, CEO, and senior software architect to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop efficient, testable, and reusable frontend components
  2. Collaborate with backend developers to build seamless user experiences
  3. Manage projects and lead a small development team
  4. Mentor junior developers through design reviews, code reviews, and guidance
  5. Work closely with stakeholders, including DevOps, React Team, and CEO
  6. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  7. Customize existing applications to meet specific requirements
  8. Document development processes, architecture, and standard components
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend ReactJS Developer
  2. Strong experience with JavaScript development
  3. Team and/or project management experience is a significant plus
  4. Strong experience with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
  5. Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS
  6. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
  7. Ability to meet tight deadlines and provide accurate time estimates
  8. Excellent English language skills
  9. German language skills are a plus
  10. Ability to work independently and be flexible and focused
