Job Title: Customer Supply Specialist

Join our team at Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) as a Customer Supply Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reverse logistics value chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service by ensuring top-notch quality in internal procurement processes.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships within our system partner network.
  • Support procurement activities, including tenders, price inquiries, selection of service providers, and contracts.
  • Collaborate across departments, particularly with Network and Massflow teams.
  • Manage critical situations, addressing urgent requests and issues from departments like Customer Service and Sales.
  • Distribute information by creating and sharing communications with our system partner network.
  • Evaluate performance by conducting assessments on pricing and performance within the system partner network.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from the system partner network, coordinating follow-ups with relevant teams.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for system partners, especially on our online portals.
Requirements:
  • Educational background in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent professional training.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Preferably some experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
  • Independent, structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.
