We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for steering supply chain processes for selected key account customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Process Management: Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Order Management: Manage incoming orders in our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Service Rate Optimization: Analyze and optimize service rates, fill rates, and logistics costs to improve overall supply chain performance.
- Just-in-Time Delivery: Ensure smooth just-in-time delivery processes, collaborating with European distribution centers and transportation service providers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with brand teams to ensure punctual delivery of new launches and collateral materials, and serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Supply Chain Performance Improvement: Continuously analyze key figures, maintain scorecards, and work closely with sales and internal supply chain partners to drive improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable education level.
- Experience: First professional experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably in a trade company or consumer goods industry.
- Career Aspirations: Career aspirations in supply chain, with a strong desire to drive business growth and improvement.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong service orientation, and confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
- Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, with good knowledge of German an advantage.
