Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with E Digital Technology's core objectives and values.
  • Oversee the creation of content for various platforms, including the corporate website, social media channels, and recruitment materials.
  • Foster and expand relationships with universities, business schools, and research institutions to enhance awareness of our employer brand and attract top talent in technology.
  • Coordinate and organize recruitment and brand awareness events, as well as diversity and technology fairs.
  • Develop engaging content, such as employee success stories and testimonials, to highlight the company culture and work environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • A dynamic individual capable of positioning the company as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a similar field.
  • Ability to work independently with prior experience in employer branding or related fields through internships or student positions.
  • Familiarity with current market trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to articulate a compelling employer brand narrative.
  • Enthusiastic about cross-functional collaboration.
  • A creative and innovative mindset towards problem-solving.
  • Experience in photography and video editing is a plus, but not mandatory.
