Junior Content & Campaign Specialist (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Junior Content & Campaign Specialist (f/m/d) to join our dynamic Content & Campaign Strategy team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to our comprehensive Marketing Strategy by implementing, testing, launching, and analyzing targeted digital campaigns across our online platforms. Utilize our personalization software to ensure that customers receive tailored content throughout their shopping journey, optimizing the presentation of our luxury fashion offerings through various online formats. Conduct thorough analysis and prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance using analytics tools. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including App, Design, Copy, and Brand Marketing, to create cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives. Engage in onsite optimization and A/B testing by researching and proposing enhancements based on e-commerce performance indicators. Partner with Analysts, Product Managers, and UX Managers to understand customer needs and develop innovative, data-driven concepts for campaigns and web features. A degree in business administration, media/communications, e-commerce, or a related field, complemented by practical experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or data analysis. Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing methodologies, personalization technologies, and campaign management systems. A strong technical background, a passion for online trends, and a keen understanding of the e-commerce landscape. A collaborative team player who is reliable, resilient under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.BENEFITS
