Customer Support Specialist

* Implementing 3rd level support to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues
* Creating market communication, including service information, promotions, and recalls
* Providing technical training in metal or mechanical engineering or automotive mechanics and mechatronics
Requirements:
* Technical training in metal or mechanical engineering or automotive mechanics and mechatronics
* Experience in assembly and international experience, as well as knowledge of servicing, maintenance, and repairing machines
* Excellent customer and service orientation
* Good written and spoken English knowledge; German is considered an advantage
