Senior React Native Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to join our cross-functional team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our mobile applications, ensuring they are scalable, accessible, and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality React Native components and features that meet the needs of our users.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, designers, and analysts to plan, build, test, and launch features.
- Contribute to the improvement of our codebase, systems, and processes by working closely with engineers across the company.
- Coach and mentor junior team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Participate in the recruitment process by attracting, reviewing, and interviewing candidates.
- At least 2 years of experience working with React Native.
- At least 5 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with component-based architecture using React and Redux.
- Extensive experience in binding frontend and backend services together.
- Experience testing and improving code through CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams using agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with product designers.
