About the Role:
The Regulatory Admissions & Governance Unit is responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant rules and regulations at every stage of the client lifecycle. As a working student in this unit, you will play a crucial role in the admission processes of traders and other individuals to our markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in trader admission/termination processes for the markets Xetra, Eurex & Eurex Repo
- Support in creating monthly/quarterly/annual reports for regulatory bodies
- Assist the team in audit document collection and delivery
- Enhance data quality and account maintenance within SAP CRM 7
- Create internal process guidelines and define governance frameworks
- Support internal stakeholders regarding client admissions and trader exam organization
- Support in creating invoices for trader examinations and trainings
About You:
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university and have completed at least one semester
- You have basic knowledge in Finance, Capital Markets, and Financial Regulations
- You are client services orientated and have advanced communication skills
- You are a team player with strong organizational skills and are highly motivated
- You have good knowledge in MS Office applications and are fluent in English
