As we broaden our reach in Europe, we are in search of a Customer Support Agent. In this role, you will collaborate with our Operations team to establish and manage our exceptional on-demand services. Expect a thorough introduction to operational processes, technology oversight, and the evolving landscape of mobility. You will be part of a developing team and gain firsthand experience in the dynamics of the mobility sector.

This position is available for remote work, provided you are located in Germany or England. Note that this role may also be referred to as a "Support Operations Agent".

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the seamless daily functioning of our services through telephone and email support.
  • Work flexible shifts that accommodate your lifestyle, with additional bonuses for night shifts, weekends, or public holidays.
  • Ensure that our drivers and passengers receive comprehensive support for their inquiries and concerns.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
  • Seize opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibilities, along with corresponding compensation adjustments.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) with a good command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone to various contexts.
  • Enjoy providing assistance and guidance over the phone.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and devise innovative solutions on the spot.
  • Willingness to learn and deliver exceptional service, even without prior call center experience.
  • Passionate about our mission to enhance mobility accessibility and reduce the global carbon footprint.
  • Proficient with modern IT tools and technology.

What We Provide:

  • Complete remote work flexibility, as long as you are based in Germany or England.
  • Access to state-of-the-art hardware to ensure a smooth work experience.

  • A base pay of €14 per hour for a 40-hour work week, with potential increases based on shifts and hours worked.
  • 30 days of vacation annually (for employees in Germany) or 25 days in England.
