Senior Business Transformation Manager

We are in search of an experienced Senior Business Transformation Manager (m/f/d) within the Surgical division. The ideal candidate will take charge of spearheading and overseeing digital marketing and transformation projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee business transformation initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing strategies.
  • Initiate and expand consumer- and client-facing digital solutions; integrate the digital landscape to address customer and business challenges.
  • Guide teams through agile development methodologies; offer expertise and support throughout the process.
  • Formulate and implement customer segmentation and data analysis strategies; establish key performance indicators and measurement frameworks.
  • Maintain extensive technical knowledge; build strong relationships across the organization; demonstrate resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Minimum); MBA (Preferred).
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing; at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise-level digital products; comprehensive understanding of agile development practices.
  • Strong capabilities in customer segmentation and data analysis; ability to influence and cultivate robust relationships; high level of technical expertise and attention to detail; entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on achieving results.
