About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our ServiceNow Consulting team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our clients' ServiceNow transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in an agile environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and deliver pre-sales materials, including RFPs and presentations.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in ServiceNow and related technologies.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, professional services, and IT service management.
- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow transformation projects, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
