About the Role

Logpoint A/S, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support & Operations team, you will be responsible for providing localized support to our clients and assisting global customers when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and guidance on our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Work closely with customers, partners, and colleagues to understand reported issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collect and record documentation in our ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of customer issues.
  • Master our cybersecurity solutions to investigate and analyze technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge building, transfer, and usage in a Knowledge-Centered Service organization, ensuring that our team has the necessary expertise to support our customers.
  • Lead regional escalation projects and high-profile customers from a support perspective, ensuring solution health and efficient tuning achieved for customers as part of our general customer success effort.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical support role, technical consultancy, customer success, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with server and network administration and security, working with data center infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux.
  • Programming and scripting knowledge would be a significant advantage (including shell scripting, Python, Java).
  • Professional fluency in English and German to support clients globally and in your local region.
