- Lead regional escalation projects and high-profile customers from a support perspective, ensuring solution health and efficient tuning achieved for customers as part of our general customer success effort.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical support role, technical consultancy, customer success, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with server and network administration and security, working with data center infrastructure technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Linux.
- Programming and scripting knowledge would be a significant advantage (including shell scripting, Python, Java).
- Professional fluency in English and German to support clients globally and in your local region.
