We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Procurement Specialist to join our team at Delve Search - Global Search Consultants. As a leading global search consultancy, we specialize in connecting top talent with innovative companies in the renewable energy sector.

About the Role

  • Project Management : Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Purchasing : Handle technical purchases, ensuring procurement of high-quality materials and systems.
  • Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budget.

Purchasing

  • Source and procure high-quality materials and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, developing and managing contracts to ensure optimal pricing and delivery.

Leadership

  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise : Proven experience in project management, procurement, and leadership within large production systems.
  • Language Skills : Proficiency in English (B2) to facilitate communication and documentation.
  • Specialized Knowledge : Experience with projects related to the purchasing of special machinery is highly valued.
  • Leadership and Negotiation : Strong leadership qualities and negotiation skills to manage contracts and supplier relationships effectively.
  • Educational Background : A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
