Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager für unsere ERP-Transformation, um unsere Unternehmensgruppe auf ihrem Wachstumskurs zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Durchführung und Erfolgskontrolle der Projekte unserer ERP-Transformationsinitiative.
  • Vorbereitung und Entscheidungen in Bezug auf genutzte Lösungstechnologien für die durchgängige Prozessdigitalisierung.
  • Steuerung der Entwicklung der Software-Applikationslandschaft innerhalb des ERP-Transformationsprogramms.
  • Bildung der Schnittstelle zwischen der fachlichen Business-Seite und der IT-Umsetzung.
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Konkretisierung von Anforderungen und Spezifikationen.
  • Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit von Testanforderungen und Durchführung.

Anforderungen:

  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt und relevanter Praxis im Bereich Informationstechnik.
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu SAP R3/S4 Hana Lösungen.
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen bei dem Einsatz von Cloud-Lösungen (SAAS) und Cloud-Entwicklung (MS Azure) bei der Zielstellung von Prozessdigitalisierung.
  • Gutes Verständnis der Zusammenhänge von fachlichen Unternehmensstrukturen und technischen IT-Architekturen.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeptionierung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von ERP- und Softwarearchitektur-Projekten.
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität.
